60-Minute Shiatsu
Gentle, sustained pressure and tailored stretches to release tension and reset your nervous system.
→ Great for stress, neck/shoulders, low back, or overall tune-up.

90-Minute Shiatsu
A deeper reset with extra time for breathwork, Hara listening, and meridian balancing.
→ Ideal for chronic patterns, recovery, or when you want the full Five Lights experience.

Head Shiatsu (30 min)
Focused scalp, neck, and shoulder session to clear mental fog and melt tension.

House Calls (60 min or 90 min)​

Our certified practitioners bring Shiatsu to you — ideal for those recovering from illness, postpartum, or simply wishing to receive in a familiar, peaceful space.

 

Available in select areas of NYC and Westchester.

Intern (Supervised)

Students completing their supervised practice hours. A budget-friendly way to maintain balance and support your well-being while helping new practitioners grow.

What to Expect

​

• Wear comfy, stretchy clothing (sessions are through clothing)

• Before: brief intake and Ki palpation (Hara) to understand your needs

• During: sustained pressure along meridians, targeted stretches, breath awareness

• After: a short integration/closing ritual; drink water and notice how you feel before and after a session

Policies

• Cancellations/Reschedule: Please give 24 hours’ notice when possible

• Late Arrivals: We’ll do our best; sessions may be shortened to respect the next client

• Payments: Cards, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, cash accepted
