Service Description
In this Level 1 course you will be introduced to the history and philosophy of Shiatsu. You will be introduced to the concepts that form the foundation of Eastern medicine. You will learn the 12 primary meridians, as well as foundational techniques for working on some of them, in both prone and supine positions. You will practice techniques throughout the weekend with other students, receiving feedback from the teacher and classmates.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 5 days before the course begins - full refund, less $30 withdrawal fee; less than 5 days - no refund but the fee may be transferred to other Five Lights Center courses, less $30 withdrawal fee. No refund in other cases.
